Xtreme Labs builds fintech systems, websites, and custom applications for clients. We may also offer digital products such as templates.

3) Services, proposals, and delivery

• You are responsible for providing timely feedback and required materials to avoid delays.

4) Payments

• Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) are defined in the project agreement or invoice.
• If payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, MTN/Airtel Mobile Money, etc.), their terms also apply.
• Fees charged by payment providers (if any) may apply depending on the payment method.

5) Refunds and cancellations

Refunds depend on the type of service/product and project stage. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, custom software development work is billed for time and progress delivered. For digital goods (e.g., templates), refunds may be limited once the product is delivered/accessed.

6) Intellectual property

• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, and know-how.
• Upon full payment, you receive rights to the deliverables created specifically for your project, subject to the agreement terms.
• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates/assets unless explicitly permitted.

7) Third-party services

Some projects may integrate third-party services (hosting, SMS, payment gateways, APIs). Availability, pricing, and performance of third-party services are not controlled by Xtreme Labs.

8) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes take effect.
